Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Sussex House, 8-10 Homesdale Road, Bromley, Kent BR2 9LZ, on 3 October 2005, at 11.30 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and to receive any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
