THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO 57) ORDER 2005
BRUNSWICK CLOSE, FIFTH CROSS ROAD AND HAMPTON ROAD,WEST TWICKENHAM
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, on 22 August 2005, made the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Order is to: (a) introduce waiting restrictions “no waiting at any time” in parts of Brunswick Close, Twickenham; (b) introduce waiting restrictions “no waiting at any time” in Fifth Cross Road at its junctions with Brunswick Close and with Hampton Road; and (c) extend the existing waiting restrictions “no waiting between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive” in a length of Hampton Road, Twickenham, outside No 166 Hampton Road. 3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 17 September 2005, a plan showing the location and effect of the Order and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected for a period of 6 weeks from the date of this notice, quoting Ref 45/05, at: (i) Teddington Library, Waldegrave Road, Teddington, Middlesex TW11 8LG during opening hours; and (ii) the Civic Centre (Second Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays. 4. Copies of the Order may be purchased from the Environment Directorate, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ. 5. Persons wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any Instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
