NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Anglian Water Services Ltd., for consent to discharge up to 84 cubic metres per day of storm sewage to Coombe Bottom Brook, at National Grid Ref SP 9467 1869 from Ivinghoe Aston sewage treatment works (STW), Ivinghoe Aston, Buckinghamshire. Ivinghoe Aston STW is within the Aylesbury Vale District Council and Buckinghamshire County Council areas. This application is for an overflow from the pumping station at the sewage treatment works to prevent the possibility of dilute sewage causing flooding of property when there is exceptionally heavy rainfall. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Planning and Corporate Services Manager, Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 4NE not later than 6 October 2005, quoting Ref AWCNF 3939/11904. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties unless specifically requested otherwise. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Public Register, at the Environment Agency, Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough PE2 5ZR, between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
