Notice is given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned Derek Moss, Leslie Rimmer and Sandra Rimmer carrying on business as Décor Plus at Unit 2-3, Whitfield & Brown Centre, Waterloo Road, Widnes, under the name of Décor Plus, has been dissolved on the retirement of Leslie Rimmer and Sandra Rimmer from the Partnershp and that all debts due to, and owing by, the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Derek Moss the continuing Sole Proprietor who will continue to carry on the business under the same name.
