THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO 192) ORDER 2005

VICTORIA STREET

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council on 17 August 2005 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to revise the hours of the existing single yellow line waiting and loading restrictions in Victoria Street (between Buckingham Gate/Artillery Row and Bressenden Place). The revised restrictions will apply between 7.00 am and 6.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays (currently 7.00 am to 7.00 pm), except outside Nos 147 to 161 Victoria Street (south side) where the loading restrictions will apply between 7.00 am and 10.00 am and between 4.00 pm and 6.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays. 3. The Order, which will come into force on 22 August 2005, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 30 September 2005. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 30 September 2005.
