NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

1. In this notice the following shall apply:

Company Name: W H & J BARBER LIMITED.
Company Number: 00144894.
Title: Freehold.
Title Number: Unregistered.
Conveyance: Conveyance dated 19 October 1954, and made between Marjorie Lilian Cooper and Annie Barber and Kenneth Turner (1) and W.H.&J.Barber Limited (2) (“the Conveyance).
Property: Land at the bottom of Moss Edge Farm Hollin Brigg Holmbridge, except and reserving the part delineated and coloured red on a plan held by the Treasury Solicitor under Ref BV2045116/1/GLB, which is available for inspection at the office of the Treasury Solicitor being part of the land comprised in the above-mentioned Conveyance.
Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of Queen Anne’s Chambers, 28 Broadway, London SW1H 9JS (DX 123240 St James’s Park).

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985 the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the property, the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 26 July 2004.
