Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, on 26 August 2005, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to Royce Peeling Green Ltd, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, by not later than 12.00 noon on 25 August 2005.
