In the Luton County Court  No 130 of 2000 RICHARD JOHN BAKER A Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. All Creditors who have not already done so are invited to prove their debts. Debts must be proved in writing on an appropriate claim form which can be obtained from me at Chantrey Vellacott DFK, Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square, London WC1B 5LF. Any Creditor who does not submit their claim by 17 May 2005 may be excluded from this Dividend which is to be declared within 4 months from the last date for proving.
