Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, on 4 May 2005, at 2.00 pm, followed at 2.15 pm by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on 3 May 2005.
