HIGHWAYS AT CLAERWEN GROVE, NORTHFIELD, BIRMINGHAM
The Secretary of State hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-up of Highways at Claerwen Grove, Northfield, Birmingham (City of Birmingham) (No 1) Order 2005”, authorising the stopping-up of highways at Claerwen Grove, Northfield, Birmingham and requiring the provision of new highways shown as stippled on the deposited plan and the improvement of existing highways shown as cross hatched on the deposited plan. The Order as made, will authorise the Stopping-Up only to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by Birmingham City Council on 24 June 2004, under Ref S/06753/03/FUL. Copies of this Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the West Midlands, Northern Division, 5 St Philips Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2PW (quoting Ref 5104/35/216), and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Northfield Neighbourhood Office, 1 a Vineyard Road, Northfield, Birmingham B31 1PG. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of 26 January 2005, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provisions contained therein.
