THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
THE BIRMINGHAM MINT PENSION PLAN
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Birmingham
Mint Pension Plan (“the Plan”) is in wind-up. The Trustees of the Plan are anxious
to trace former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of The Birmingham Mint
Limited or The Birmingham Mint Group Limited or Birmingham Mint Products Limited or
IMI Birmingham Mint Limited or BML Realisations Limited who are, or think they may
be, entitled to benefits under the Plan. Any such person is asked to provide written
particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to Eversheds Pension Trustees
Limited, 115 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 3AL, on or before 15 February 2005.
After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan to the persons
entitled to them, and will have regard only to claims of which they have notice. The
Trustees shall not be liable to any person for whom notification of a claim or demand
has not been received by the Trustees. Notification is not required from persons who
are currently in receipt of a pension from the Plan or who have received correspondence
relating to the Scheme from the Trustees since 1 May 2003.
