A Final Meeting of Creditors and Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the receipts and payments of the Company, and receiving a report on the progress of the liquidation.
