Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, First Floor, International House, Queens Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3XE, on 14 December 2004, at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.30 am by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. A White, Joint Liquidator 20 October 2004.
