GOUGH & SONS (BURTON) LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Express Holiday Inn & Conference Centre, 2nd Avenue, Centrum 100, Burton on Trent DE14 2WF, on Tuesday 12 October 2004, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ronald Eric Speight, of Church House, Solihull Road, Hampton in Arden B92 0EX, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
At a Meeting of Creditors held on 12 October 2004, the Creditors confirmed the appointment of Ronald Eric Speight, and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidator be done by him.
