Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Vantis Business Recovery, 49 London Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1LJ, on Monday 4 October 2004, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and the Liquidator are to be disposed of.
