THE CITY GROUP PENSION SCHEME

The notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in The City Group Pension Scheme (formally known as The City Garage (Chichester) Limited Staff Pension Scheme) are required to send particulars in writing by registered post of such claim or interest to the Trustees of the City Group Pension Scheme, City Motor Holdings, Quarry Lane, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 8NX, within 2 months of the date below. After this date the Trustees of The City Group Pension Scheme will distribute any assets remaining in The City Group Pension Scheme in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed and Rules of The City Group Pension Scheme among the Members and any other persons entitled to benefit having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not in respect of the property so distributed be liable to any persons of whose claim they shall not have had notice. Any person who has already been notified of having an entitlement under The City Group Pension Scheme or who has made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustees. 13 August 2004.
