JOYCE F KEENEN (also known as Joyce Keenen) SUPPLEMENTAL CITATION ON PROBATE THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK BY THE GRACE OF GOD FREE AND INDEPENDENT TO: “JOHN DOE” and “MARY ROE” being fictitious, it being the intention to name and cite hereby the unknown heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, distributees, representatives or assigns, and successors in interest, and creditors and all persons interested in the Estate of JOYCE F KEENEN, aka JOYCE KEENEN, late of the Town of Hyde Park, Dutchess County, New York, deceased, if any there be, if living, and if devisees, distributees, representatives or assigns, all of whom and whose names and addresses are unknown and addresses cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and the ATTORNEY GENERAL of the STATE OF NEW YORK, SEND GREETING: WHEREAS, HAROLD L MANGOLD, Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of JOYCE F KEENEN, aka JOYCE KEENEN, who resides at 12 Curry Lane, Hyde Park, New York 12538, has lately applied to the Surrogate’s Court of the County of Dutchess to have a certain instrument in writing, dated: April 27, 1989, relating to both the real and personal property, duly proved as the Last Will and Testament of JOYCE F KEENEN, aka JOYCE KEENEN, deceased, who was at the time of her death a resident of the Town of Hyde Park, in the County of Dutchess; THEREFORE, you and each of you are cited to show cause before the Surrogate’s Court of our County of Dutchess, at the Surrogate’s Office in the City of Poughkeepsie, in said County, on the 9th day of September, 2004, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, why the said instrument in writing should not be admitted to probate as a Will or real and personal property, the original of which Will is on file in the Dutchess County Surrogate’s Court, available for inspection.
