To Alan Lake, whose last known address is The Barn, Venus Hill Farm, Venus Hill, Bovingdon, Hertfordshire HP3 0PG, Meat Supplier, formerly of 11 West Riding, Brickett Wood, St Albans AL2 3QR, take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court, by M & L Offals Ltd, of 14 Central Markets, East Market Building, London EC1A 9PQ, on 22 April 2004, and the Court has ordered that the publication in The London Gazette newspaper of the presentation of the above-mentioned Petition and a time and place fixed for hearing the Petition shall be deemed to be service of the Petition upon you. The said Petition will be heard at this Court at Room 110 First Floor, Thomas Moore Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 10 August 2004, at 1100 hours. If you do not attend the hearing of the Petition the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence. The Petition can be inspected by you on application at this Court, whose offices are at Room 110 First Floor, Thomas Moore Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL. 16 July 2004.
