In accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that each of The Equitable Life Assurance Society, Esmée Fairbairn (Nominee) Limited, BBC Pension Trust Limited, Leicestershire County Council, Michael Woodmore and John Gordon (as Trustees of RHM Pension Scheme SF18/110528/J), London Borough of Greenwich Superannuation Fund SF 49/6445, AG Senior Executives Pension Trustee Limited (as sole Trustee of Arcadia Group Senior Executives Pension Scheme) and Arcadia Group Pension Trust Limited (as sole Trustee of Arcadia Group Pension Scheme) (the “Transferring Partners”), assigned the whole of its interest in Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund (a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with LP No 8918), on 15 June 2004 to BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Limited. Following such assignments, each of the Transferring Partners ceased to be a Limited Partner in Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund.
