Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Teresa Gavin House, Woodford Avenue, Woodford Green, Essex IG8 8FB, on Thursday 29 July 2004, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of having a final account laid before them and of receiving a report by me as Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by me. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. M Dixon, Liquidator
