Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s final report of the liquidation, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
