ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 6

THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (KENMONT GARDENS) (CLOSURE) (NO 2) ORDER 2004

1. Notice is hereby given that, on 21 May 2004, the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The Order comes into operation on 1 June 2004 and its general effect will be as described in the notice of proposals published on 23 April 2004 in the local Gazette and The London Gazette . 3. For a period of 6 weeks from the day on which the Order is made, a copy of the Order and a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours in the Highways and Engineeering, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU. 4. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or the Road Traffic Act 1991, or that any of the relevant requirements has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of the Order being made, make applications for the purpose to the High Court.
