THE INFOREM PENSION PLAN
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
This notice is addressed to former employees of Inforem plc. The Inforem Pension Plan (“the Plan”) is being wound up with effect from 2 May 2004. If you were an employee of the above Company, and a Member of the Plan, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Plan but have not been notified of your benefits, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependent of such an employee, please contact Liz Armstrong, Mercer Human Resource Consulting Limited, Clarence House, Clarence Street, Manchester, M2 4DW. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write no later than 10 July 2004. It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Plan to provide benefits for its Members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Plan before 10 July 2004, they will not be liable to pay you benefits. If you have received a statement of your benefits under the Plan or correspondence from us in recent months you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
