Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is the intention of the Liquidator to declare a First and Final distribution to Creditors in respect of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 12 May 2004 (the last date for proving), to send their proofs of debt, in writing, to the undersigned, Stephen Robert Cork, of Smith & Williamson Limited, Prospect House, 2 Athenaeum Road, London N20 9YU, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. It should be noted that, after this date, the Liquidator shall be entitled to defray any outstanding expenses of the winding-up from the assets of the Company, and to make any distributions which they may think fit, without further regard to Creditors’ claims which were not proved within the above-mentioned period.
