A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting the Liquidator’s report dated 7 April 2004 and the receipts and payments account for the period of the liquidation.
