Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 4 March 2004, Charterhouse Pensions Limited as Trustee of the Charterhouse Group Security Benefits Scheme transferred its entire interest as Limited Partner in CCP VI Auxiliary LP No. I, registered in England with No LP6497 (the “Partnership”), to HSBC Bank Pension Trust (UK) Limited as Trustee of the HSBC Bank (UK) Pension Scheme.
