Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Shareholders of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Vantis Business Recovery, 49 London Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1LJ, on Monday 22 March 2004, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Companies have been conducted and the properties of the Companies disposed of and of hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator.
