Meetings of Creditors

In the High Court of Justice  1066 of 2003 HOLDENS COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Parkin S Booth & Co, 44 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9EB, on 11 February 2004, at 11.30 am, for the purpose of considering the Joint Administrators’ proposals under paragraph 49 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, and to consider establishing a Creditors’ Committee. A proxy form should be completed and returned to me at Parkin S Booth & Co, 44 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9EB, by 12.00 noon on 10 February 2004, if you cannot attend the Meeting and wish to be represented.
