(t/a Prism Quality Printing) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Mitchell Charlesworth, 6th Floor, Brazennose House West, Brazennose Street, Manchester M2 5FE, on 30 January 2004, at 3.00 pm and 3.30 pm respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted, its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Also to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and all other documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of, and to authorise the release of the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
