NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE ALTERATION OF POLICY HSG10—PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING

REPLACEMENT ELMBRIDGE BOROUGH LOCAL PLAN 2000

On 4 December 2003 Elmbridge Borough Council adopted proposed alterations to the Replacement Elmbridge Borough Local Plan 2000, Policy HSG10—Provision of Affordable Housing. The adopted alterations to Policy HSG10 will form part of the development plan for the area of Elmbridge Borough Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted alterations to Policy HSG10 and the supporting text, are available for inspection at The Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm; Public libraries during opening hours; and can also be viewed on the Planning page of the Council’s website at www.elmbridge.gov.uk The alterations to Policy HSG10 came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any Regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 4 December 2003, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
