Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Partnership Act 1890, that Henderson Unquoted Growth Equities Fund, a Limited Partnership registered under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 in England with No LP4023 hitherto subsisting between Lloyds TSB Ventures General Partner Limited (as General Partner) and Lloyds TSB Ventures Trustees Limited as Trustee of the Henderson Unquoted Growth Equities Exempt Unit Trust, Henderson Administration Limited, and Linejust Limited (as Limited Partners) has been dissolved with effect from 31 March 2003.
