Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 21 October 2003, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd transferred to Secondary Interests I Limited its entire interest in Kleinwort Benson European Mezzanine Fund II (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP 4824 and that, with effect from that date, Secondary Interests I Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership and Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
