Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, on 6 November 2003, at 11.30 am, to be followed at 11.45 am by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose that the Meeting approves the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and that the Liquidator be granted his release pursuant to section 173(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, no later than 12.00 noon on the day preceding that of the Meeting of Creditors.
