Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I intend to delcare a First and Final Dividend to non-preferential Creditors by 25 February 2004. The Creditors are required, on or before 25 October 2003, to submit their proofs to the undersigned, Alan Clark, of Carter Clark Insolvency Practitioners, Meridian House, 62 Station Road, Chingford, London E4 7BA, the Trustee of the said Debtor, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Trustee, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and be unable to disturb its payment by reason of their non-participation.
