THE DRAGON COSMETICS LIMITED PENSION PLAN

(Formerly the Revlon Hourly Rated and Weekly-Paid Employees Pension Plan) Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, section 27, notice is given that all Members or other persons having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in The Dragon Cosmetics Limited Pension Plan, established by Revlon Manufacturing (UK) Limited by deed dated 14 October 1983, are required to send particulars in writing to Dragon Cosmetics Limited, Ewenny Road, Maesteg, Mid Glamorgan CF34 9TU (marked for the attention of Mark Simmons Esq, Human Resources Manager) on or before 10 November 2003, after which date the Trustee of the Plan will proceed to distribute the funds of the Plan among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the funds of the Plan so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
