A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having laid before it an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; determining whether or not the Liquidator shall have his release under section 174 of the Act; and to conduct such other business as may lawfully be conducted at the Meeting. The Meeting will take place at the office of Sargent & Company Limited, 36 Clare Road, Halifax HX1 2HX, on 18 September 2003, at 3.30 pm.
