LOCAL AUTHORITY INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (LA-IPPC)

Omnova Wallcovering (UK) Limited trading as Muraspec, at 223 Tonbridge Road, East Peckham, Kent TN12 5JX, has applied to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for an LA-IPPC (A2) permit to operate an installation for the manufacture of wallcovering, films and other coated or laminated products. The printing and coating processes of the installation, at the address above, have a consumption capacity of greater than 200 tonnes of organic solvent per year.
The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emmissions from the installation on the environment. The application has been placed on the public register held at Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council, Gibson Building, Gibson Drive, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4LZ, and can be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours.
Any written comments on the application should be made to the Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council address within 28 days of the date of this advertisement. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
