Annual Liquidation Meetings

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 47-49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE, on 9 July 2003, at 12.00 noon, to be followed at 12.15 pm by a General Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidators acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding-up during the year ended 11 June 2003, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at 47-49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE, not later than 1.00 pm on the day before the Meetings.
