No 3256 of 2003 In the Matter of PRECISION MACHINE SERVICES and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Precision Machine Services, a Partnership whose principal place of business is 5 St Swithins, Marsh Road, Leonard Stanley, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire GL10 3NF, presented on 13 May 2003 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, HM Customs and Excise, 3NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 18 June 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 17 June 2003.
