NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that D. Gillson & Sons Ltd, of Naylor Hill Quarry, Haworth BD22 9SO, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 2/27/14/080 to abstract water from a borehole in the millstone grit at National Grid Ref SE 0400 3640, at Naylor Hill Quarry, Haworth. The variation being applied for is to give notice that a replacement borehole has been drilled. Abstracted volumes remain the same. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Naylor Hill Quarry, Haworth BD22 9SO, between 25 April 2003 and 27 May 2003. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, before the end of the said period.
