Lord Chancellor’s Department, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT. The Queen has been pleased by Warrant under Her Majesty’s Royal Sign Manual, bearing date 1 April 2002, to appoint Sarah Jacqueline Tyacke, for so long as she shall hold the Office of Keeper of Public Records, and any persons who shall succeed her in that Office, to be sole Historical Manuscripts Commissioner in the place of the Chairman and Members of the Royal Commission on Historical Manuscripts. 24 March 2003.
