At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN at 10.30 am on 13 March 2003, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That is has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian William Kings of Tenon Recovery, Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” J B Jackson, Chairman
