Notice of Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 (1A) of the Insolvency Rules (as amended) 1986, that the Liquidator of the above Company intends to pay a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors. The unsecured Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 30 April 2003, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned T Papanicola, of Langley & Partners, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. An unsecured Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
