Notice is hereby given that the entire interest of Property Partnership Secretaries Limited held in respect of its position as the Limited Partner in Merchant Place Property Partnership 25, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP8432, was assigned by a Deed of Transfer dated 20 December 2002 to Royal Bank of Canada Trust Corporation Limited whose registered office is at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4DE, in its capacity as the new Limited Partner of Merchant Place Property Partnership 25.
