In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 7532 of 2002 In the Matter of BAR AT HOME OFF-LICENCE and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Bar at Home Off-Licence, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is 78 Church Lane, Crossgates, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS15 8JE, presented on 14 November 2002 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, HM Customs and Excise, 3NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 15 January 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
