NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT AND OF PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE REVIEW UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The London Borough of Redbridge propose to make further modifications to this Plan. A list of the proposed modifications (in Part 2 of Representations to Modifications (June-August 2002): The Council’s Response) (other than modifications which the authority are satisfied will not materially affect the content of the Plan), with the authority’s reasons for proposing them, are available for inspection at the Town Hall and at local libraries (addresses listed below) from 6 December 2002 to 17 January 2003. Also available for inspection are copies of the Inspector’s Report (October 2001); Modified Plan (June 2002); Modified Policies (June 2002); and, Modifications to Proposals Map (June 2002). Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposed modifications should be sent in writing to P W Clark, Chief Planning Officer at the Town Hall (address listed below) before 5.00 pm on Friday 17 January 2003. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the Plan. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals If no objections are received during the period given for making objections, the London Borough of Redbridge intend to adopt the Plan on the expiry of that period.
