LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907: That on 6 November 2002 Harwood Management London Limited transferred to St James’s Property Investment Ltd., all of the interest held by it in St James’s Square LP (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP 6992; and That on 6 November 2002 Harwood Management London Limited ceased to be a partner in the Partnership and, as the Partnership no longer had two partners, it automatically entered dissolution on 6 November 2002 and is now called “St James’s Square LP (in dissolution)”.
