NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr and Mrs Wiggans for consent to discharge 25.02 cubic metres per day of Biologically Treated Sewage Effluent to the land at National Grid Ref SN 27370 19759, from Afon Lodge Caravan Park, Parciau Bach, St Clears SA33 4LG. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency Wales, Glan Tawe, 154 St Helens Road, Swansea SA1 4DF, not later than 6 weeks from today, quoting Ref BN0019201. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency Wales, Llys Afon, Hawthorn Rise, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 2BQ.
