Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 14 October 2002, CDB Web Tech International SA transferred to CDB Web Tech Spa its entire interest in Amadeus II ‘A’ (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP6913 and that, with effect from 14 October 2002, CDB Web Tech Spa became a Limited Partner in the Partnership. Amadeus Capital Partners Limited for and on behalf of Amadeus II ‘A’ 14 October 2002.
