LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 14 October 2002, Reuters Greenhouse Fund LP transferred to Lexington Capital Partners IV, L.P. all of the interest held by it in Amadeus II ‘B’ (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP6914 and that, with effect from 14 October 2002, Reuters Greenhouse Fund LP ceased to be a Limited Partner and Lexington Capital Partners IV, L.P. became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
